Return Policy
Because our products are consumable bait, returns are limited.
Unopened products: may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number and we will replace them.
Opened bait / scent products: for safety reasons cannot be resold or refunded. If a product fails in the field, use Report Issue in the Field Team portal so we can investigate.
