How your photos and video may be used.
When you upload photos or videos to Limit Lab, you retain ownership of the content. By uploading, you grant Limit Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and reproduce the content for product improvement and Field Team internal use.
Content marked approved for public use by an admin — because you have consented — may additionally be used in marketing (website, social, email, packaging, retail materials), with credit where practical.
You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not include third parties who have not consented. You may request removal of public use at any time by contacting us; we will remove it going forward from channels we control.
